Client: Monster Mob
Project: Usability Testing
MonsterMob, a best seller of mobile phone content and interactive media in the United Kingdom, recently launched an interactive campaign that saw the development of the latest iteration of the MonsterMob Web Site and the continued evolution of the MonsterMob WAP site.
Portfolio recently facilitated two separate usability evaluation sessions governing both the Web and WAP sites in the interest of obtaining data regarding audience acceptance of the platform’s value proposition, usage of terminology, intuitiveness of navigation and the overall visual presence. The results and findings of which would contribute to the future enhancement of both platform designs, which would lead to an improved user experience. At the conclusion of the initial testing process, Portfolio developed and authored a hi-light reel DVD of the findings of the testing sessions to surmise both the successes and failures of the Web and WAP sites, equally hi-lighting audience member feedback as to their impressions of MonsterMob as a company and provider.
Furthering the evolution of both Web and WAP platforms Portfolio conducted, on a monthly basis, one-on-one usability interviews with representative audience members to continually assess both platforms effectiveness and report on the necessity of the maturation of the MonsterMob offering in an effort to acquire and retain customers.
