World Duty Free plc, a global company providing retail outlets in most airports, needed to launch a new type of duty free shop – within the arrivals part of the airport. This was a totally new concept.
Following site visits and research into purchasing behaviour within airports, we proposed a series of clear messages along with lifestyle photography. Strong emphasis on spending but saving was promoted through posters, leaflets and price guides.
