Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an account manager who’s well organised, pro-active, personable and creative and can build lasting client relationships.

This is an exciting role that encompasses account/project management, business development and building client relationships. The role has enormous potential, and our new Account Manager will be at the forefront of overseeing projects from teams across the agency.

The main duties of this role will involve:

  • Developing client relationships across a range of clients
  • Writing contact reports from client meetings and executing the action points
  • Working closely with the creative team to write quality proposals and presentations that are on brand and presented well to promote Portfolio’s services and to help win / retain business
  • Liaise with the client services and creative teams in order to plan, price and prioritise new projects

Required experience:

  • Account/Project Management: 3 years
  • Degree in business / marketing or substantial equivalent working experience
  • Excellent project management, organisational and problem solving skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or a role that has required the same level of organisational and management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience of growing, developing, managing and coordinating the demands of multiple client accounts
  • Driving licence & access to a car
